淺析重軌軋制工藝
對重軌生產而言,傳統意義上的壓縮比已經不能反映軌頭,軌腰及軌底的實際變形規律。經過嚴格控制的連鑄坯,其在組織結構上仍無法與初軋坯(經過切頭、切尾和大變形)相比。重軌軋制工藝應做相應徹底改進,重軌性能在鋼質得到保證的情況下,主要依賴于軋制工藝對組織進行改善,與初軋坯相比,其原有的軋制工藝從以變形為主轉到以承擔形狀控制和組織控制雙重任務為主。
